Join a big-name firm; they have built-in mentorship programs. Once you pay your dues, by providing support to senior brokers, then you can make your way up the ladder.
Re-max, Coldwell Banker, Cebtury 21, Keller Williams, Berkshire Hathaway all come to mind.
