I retired in 2018 and while I don’t want to return to an office job full time, I still would like to keep busy, potentially make some income, and potentially support veteran charities. To meet these goals, I am in the process of developing a WordPress multi- blogging website that will mainly provide two things - storytelling through postcards - AND features on fine art, illustrators and graphic designers who include postcards in their portfolio. I especially want to highlight veteran artists. To date, I have completed my state form for an LLC, asked for bids from website designers and from intellectual property attorneys (I.e. is there any copyright infringement if you show a postcard you purchased in order to tell a story about it? How do you get peoples permission that you photograph while traveling to include on website?)
Is there anything else up front I should do?

I also eventually hope to get advertisements for site and hopefully open an online store where customers can purchase postcards made by, hopefully, many veteran artists.
With any profits made, I would like to donate 30% of any profits to a charity that supports veterans. If I am able to make a profit, what kind of agreement must be in place with the charity?
I was a mental health provider in the military, so I have no business background. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
