I am working on my very long and unwieldy Federal resume. Additionally, I have shorter 1 and 2 page civilian resumes. I am looking at contractor work as well as consulting and finance firms. For Federal contracting (Booz, Northrop, SAIC, etc.) should I use a long Federal one, for use on USAJobs, or a shorter civilian type version?

Hi Walter,
I used a 2-page resume and I at least got an interview. My interview was with the United States Census Bureau. In my opinion, too much information can be overwhelming. Best of luck in your pursuits!

Hi, Walter. For the corporate companies, use a shorter resume. I am still a Booz Allen employee. If you see a position that interests you, I'd be happy to connect you with the hiring manager. What is your ideal position? What skills do you want to use? What are you passionate about?

Good day LTD. Frey,

My name is Karen Harding and my father is a Navy Veteran. He served for 24 years and retired in 1971 as LTD. Commander so I am a Navy Brat. I am aware of the many transfers we did as a family and understand it can be difficult to assimilate once you retire.

I am currently looking for sharp, ambitious, people to work along side 12 great companies in Financial services. I am new to this website so do not know how to contact you or vise verse. Let me know if you have an interest in getting more information on the position.
