About Walter
After completing a 20 year career as a NYC police sergeant, I retired and commissioned via the Direct Commission Program as a US Navy intelligence officer. I have a total of 4 years of active experience, completing a number of tours in Washington, DC, Nassau Bahamas and Djibouti, Horn of Africa. I am seeking new opportunities for career #3 which will capitalize on almost a quarter of a century of government service in the areas of consulting, risk management, transportation, or corporate intelligence and security. I have a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University in New York City.
