I have helped federal government clients develop their leadership and workforce, align their organizations, and implement change initiatives. Most notably, I helped a senior executive client drive change by creating alignment among his leadership team, developing and implementing tools to monitor change initiatives, and considering internal and customer interests before restructuring.
I served in the U.S. Navy as a surface warfare officer responsible for leading boiler technicians and safely operating a conventionally powered aircraft carrier’s engineering plant.
I am a certified executive coach and have earned certification as a change management advanced practitioner from Georgetown University. I attained my Masters in Business Administration from George Mason University and Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
