I recently retired at the end of September. I am considering to continue my education or going back into the workforce as a Logistician.
I have had several people look at my resume, which I have changed several times. I feel that it may be to long.
Looking for assistance in making both my resume and profile better.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Hi Keinet,
Thank you for your service! Here's a great resource for key words to consider when updating your resume and LinkedIn profile. Make sure to use specific keywords (ie marketing, communication, management, etc) for LinkedIn so they get picked up in "searches" made by recruiters or potential businesses!

Hi Keinet,
Your resume will change several times as you find different opportunities that you're interested in. The reason is, you have to tailor your resume for the position. You Linkedin profile should simply accentuate your skills and experience. Keep it relevant to the industry you seek.
I think one of your first goals is to figure out what you're heading towards (education or job). That will help you create a resume and profile that match your goal.
