Hello All,
I'm looking to start a food truck business but would like to get some solid advice and mentorship before moving on this new venture. Any assistance/lessons learned/food for thought are greatly apreciated. Thank you.

Robin, your first task would be to develop your concept. What type of cuisine would you want to serve? Keeping in mind room on the truck. Once you get that refined, researching vehicles vs trailer would be your next piece of homework. You need to nail down the concept and pretty close menu, which can be tweaked a bit down the line. Concept step is important and will map the layout of the truck. For instance fryer, grill top, work surface. You want the truck to flow for proper execution based on menu.

Kevin, I'd love to chat with you. What would be your preferred way of communicating?
Patricia, Thank you for your response. I have a concept that I am considering and currently conducting research on truck size and equipment.
Hi Robin,
I actually used to work for a company that designed, manufactured and operated a fleet of food carts in NYC. I'm no expert, but happy to connect further and share what I do know if that would be helpful.
Best,
Kevin
