I am going to school for it which is a 10 week course but I was wondering if I get certified in one state do I have to get licensed in another state if I move? Also what insight do you all have in reference to getting a small building to conduct these operations after the service?

I can answer the first question. It depends on the state and the professional occupation you are pursuing. I am a professional engineer with each state licensing their own engineers. Some states allow transfer of licenses, but others may not depending upon the licensing requirements. Best bet is to contact the states you are considering and determine what requirements they have. I am providing Tennessee's Department of Commerce and Insurance Licensing and Regulations since you show as being from TN: https://www.tn.gov/commerce/licensing-regulations.html. I also am providing my current home state Virginia's Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation as another example of a state site to determine the licensing for the individual professions: https://www.dpor.virginia.gov/ProfessionsAndOccupations.
