It has a military decoder that allows you to enter your MOS and then lists jobs that might apply to your specialty. Also, the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA) http://launchcg.com/expertise/mssa is a new program I've seen crop up fairly recently.
I know there are many companies looking to hire veterans and if this site already has a page dedicated to that information, my apologies, I just haven't seen it yet. J
