Depending on what type of business you do recommend you look into joining AFCEA and going to some of the meetings at the bases in Aberdeen and Ft Meade. Also FT Meade and Howard County have a Joint networking group that meets in Columbia called BBI Base Business Initiative. Also check out some of the partnership program the larger defense contractors have.
