I have prepared extensively and hear nothing but excitement from people who live/work/visit New York City and hear about my new guide to pocket parks. Now that it's written, published and all of the mechanisms are in place, how do I sell enough copies to make it successful and later fund the publishing of the next guide? Social marketing is not doing enough and I'm not sure if cold-calling is the best way to go. Is it? I need guidance.
Thanks in advance,
Rosemary O'Brien

Hello Rosemary,
I am not any marketing guru, but what about focusing on the audience your new guide to pocket parks targets?
For example if the target audience is an animal loving community perhaps looking up rescue shelters in the tri-State area. If it is an exercising community perhaps sporting goods & camping supply stores. If it is travel and tourism, what about bus companies that offer day trips to Manhattan, the AAA club, or other well known organizations.
Also what about an online version, app, etc. for smartphones?
In my humble opinion if you start with your original focus you can guide your efforts.
I hope in some small way this may help you.
Best Regards,
Ray Martinelli
