When placing a product for sale on an ecommerce website and I sell my product to people outside of my state, am I supposed to charge their sales tax or mine (my state's sales tax)?

Dali,
You are required by law to only collect sales tax for the states that you have a physical presence in, office, warehouse, etc. see below:

Tim is correct. You do not charge sales tax except if you are shipping your product to an address within your State or States if you are registered to do business in multiple states.
