Thank you for your enthusiastic support! My husband and I are both veterans. We own a construction company and a property management company. JH3 Construction and JH3 Properties Inc. We are learning and looking into implementing systems and procedures to be more efficient and help nurture growth. Can you offer any tips, guidance or resources in this field? We get the concept but having a hard time learning what softwares or computer systems support systems and procedures we think we can implement.

Happy New Year to the JH3 Clan :)
As previously noted, the question is quite broad to provide specific details. My daughter works for a large private construction firm based in Maryland. Her response to your question that I posed was quite similar and said for project planning and scheduling, P6 is their go to solution. For all else including but not limited to budgeting, document management, etc. their go to is a Procore solution

Feel free to reach out to her directly via email at carley.Burger@bozzuto.com for further details or follow-up.
Hmmmmm, that's a tall order. Perhaps select one area (the one likely to have the greatest impact on revenue or productivity?) and focus on that area first?
Or maybe overall integration is the issue. Do you have solid bookkeeping, solid order processing, solid core work (hammer & nails) flow, but yet they all use separate software, or separate pathways?
If you can narrow down your concerns, I can offer some assistance. Also, you could approach local MBA programs, which are always looking for real-world group projects, and offer your companies as case studies for students to work on.
