Hello David,
I am a certified Search Engine Optimization (SEO) professional whose main role is to make my clients get on the first page of Google to be easily found.
Fortunately for my clients, even during these most trying times, the opposite has happened for them. their businesses are stronger than ever.
This is pure SEO, no Google ads/FB Ads which are the most expensive marketing expense anyway. I will be glad to help. Here are my tips:
1. Because of this pandemic, more people are searching for products and services online. Hence, have an optimized website for your business. It is a huge difference from just a website. An optimized website can rank in Google. If you have a website already, I will gladly optimize your site for free. Why do I do that? In these times of crisis, kindness and compassion can save lives or at least put food on the table. I have more than enough clients already.
2. If your business serves a particular radius, register your business in Google My Business https://google.com/business so that your business can be found by those near you. Here is how to accomplish your Google My Business https://webprowriters.com/near-me-searches
Feel free to message me regarding this. Good luck!
Hi David,
Thank you for your service, and thank you for your question! While I am not a marketing expert myself, I am constantly looking up businesses on Google, seeing if they have a website, etc. Sometimes, I may give them a follow on Twitter or Facebook. That being said, a website and a digital media presence can certainly help, if you do not have them already.
So, first would be to have a website. I would imagine that you are not a webmaster, nor I. But there are sites that can create something for you. There is some preliminary information on:

That will give you some idea of the options available, and associated costs. Much like this article suggests, the absolute best is Wix, if you're not looking to code on your own.
Once you have a base of digital operations, so to speak, you have to get the word out. Forbes has some good insight on which social media platform is best:
Once you have made that determination, Forbes has additional insight as to how to leverage those platforms to your advantage:
Let me now if all of that helped, or if you are looking at additional areas and ideas.
