From speaking with a colleague, the constructions concerns I have, fall into an area called pre-con or pre-construction. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-construction_services
Two parties which I'll end up working with closely are a real estate/construction lawyer and a general contractor that offers pre constructions services. So I'll be reaching out to them both soon. I will reach out to score for aid in reviewing the business plan, but I feel I need these services sooner than later.
Perhaps try to find a mentor (remore and/or in-person) with related experience at score.org. What are the skills required of your ideal mentor / advisor?
