I recently started a Food Service contracting company. I am in need of a major food service company so that I can enlist in their Protégé Mentorship Program.
I believe such a company could help me avoid pitfalls made when attempting to start a new company. I am willing to work hard at growing my business, and believe I could prove to be an asset to any company I am partnered with.
I am willing to learn and have experience in the industry. If anyone is aware of such a program, and could help, I would certainly appreciate it.
Thank You
Jerome

Tom thanks so much for the information. There are a few things I need to do first before I can apply. Once these are completed, I will apply through the SBA.
I do not have a LinkedIn account, but at the time of my next posted message to you I will.
I do have a question, when I read the site for the government protégé program they mention the 8(a) program. Do I have to be currently in the 8(a) program to apply to the protégé program?
I will certainly keep you posted, as I go through the process to obtain a mentor
Sincerely
Jerome
