HELP... how do I sell, lease or partner with a large company .... SAFELY.

Veteran

Robert McKittrick Chepachet , RI

I have developed two (2) lifesaving inventions. I have U.S. patents, engineering drawings, prototypes, basic market research and PowerPoint presentations. How do I sell, lease or develop a "strategic partnership" with a large company for production, marketing and distribution? (while simultaneoulsy protecting my interests)

also see a wealth of good articles on patents on SCORE's web-site:

Robert, Can you provide links to your patents and share any other information such as the presentations you mention?

You'll probably want to work with a lawyer. Perhaps consider licensing and/or selling the patents, possibly in exchange for cash and a percentage of revenue. SCORE.org also offers mentoring and advice.

I work directly with a Social Media & Marketing company with experience Branding Products as well as guidance on bringing those products to market. Gary or Shaun maybe able to assist you and if it is in the medical field I also have a business partner who works directly with a large independent comapny which supports hospitals with products here in the north west.
