I bought a 5000 sq ft home in Columbus GA and I am trying to renovate it into a group home for retired/disabled vets. I wanted to create about six to eight rooms, kitchen, bath ect... Not my area of expertise, but it looks like you might be able to start here: https://dch.georgia.gov/group-homes. I would assume there are additional city/state regulations you would need to abide by. But maybe this is a good place to start!
