Jamell, search www.upsjobs.com. Atlanta is our corporate office and the web site details active job openings in Atlanta and other locations.
UPS has also committed to hire 25,000 veterans over the next number of years as part of the presidents initiative.
Try expresspros.com
Go under locations first.
My sister lives in Atlanta area and said the web site had great job details.
Good luck,
Hi there,
www.indeed.com. This is a great resource. You can set up criteria by zip code as well as by city and state.
Also check the websites of the local newspapers in the area including Atlanta Journal Constitution and Atlanta Business Journal (http://www.ajc.com/ and
http://www.bizjournals.com/atlanta/) These resources have a "Living/Metro" section to help yo get a better sense of housing, entertainment, business etc. Also, they have the classified sections.
Good luck.

Jamell-
ATL, while not our corporate HQs, is a hub for us and a great place to be. Look at http://connect.att.jobs/search/finance/ASCategory/-1/ASPostedDate/-1/ASCountry/-1/ASState/Georgia/ASCity/-1/ASLocation/-1/ASCompanyName/-1/ASCustom1/-1/ASCustom2/-1/ASCustom3/-1/ASCustom4/-1/ASCustom5/-1/ASIsRadius/false/ASCityStateZipcode/-1/ASDistance/-1/ASLatitude/-1/ASLongitude/-1/ASDistanceType/-1
The secret sauce: apply, let me know you did. You have me on Linkedin.
Thank you for the information!!! I will be doing some heavy researching. One of the main search engines I've been using is indeed.com.
There are numerous search engines you can use some veteran specific (http://www.hireahero.org/ military.com- linkedIn veterans groups etc.) but I would first start with the local state employment office. The ones located in MN have developed great relationships with local companies that you can leverage. I assume this to be true for GA. Hopefully this helps. Keep us posted.
