I have a business idea that would requires me working on behalf of someone, my question is where would I begin to find information about legal regulations? I have found information about unions and other forms of bargaining, but not a one-on-one sort of process.

Hello, congrats on starting a business. That's a great goal. I recommend you reach out to your local SCORE organization. See if there is a retired expert in your area that might know the legal and regulatory information your seeking. www.score.org
