Can anyone assist me with paperwork (letters of intent, purchase orders, etc.)?

Veteran

Alejandro Galvis Fort Lauderdale , FL

I have been having trouble with the paperwork. Letters of Intent, Purchase orders, Full Corporate offers. I have developed a few but I am not sure if they are effective. Many transactions have not been developed and I feel it might be due to the paperwork or the way I present it.

Hello Alejandro,

I am happy to assist you with reviewing the documents you have to see if they are complete or missing anything that might be giving you some trouble with your potential transactions. Yet, as others have mentioned, we would need to see what industry, product, domestic or international companies and so on that you are targeting.
Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Thanks,
Rashid Hill

Hi,

I may be able to help with Letters of Intent, and perhaps other paperwork: have done many LOI's over the years.

Please feel free to contact me via this ACP website.

Thanks, and good luck.

Hello Alejandro -
I agree with John -- we need a little more information. Are you working from templates from a previous business or a similar business? What kind of business do you manage? Perhaps a detailed example -- of a letter and a problem -- might help. If the key problem is really about getting people to pay you -- it might be a communication problem or it could be a customer problem.

Hi Alejandro - thanks for your service. Your question needs more detail for others to help you. Are you running a small business ? What does this business do ? Do you sell a product ? What is that product ?
