On June 19, I placed google ad words campaign and it was a wonderful thing to do it delivered at least 15 to 20 clicks a day, which amounted to about 7 hauls a day. In late July, a company called localsplash.com called and made a promise of increased business on an immediate basis they also ordered a 5 digit pin from google and since I gave them this pin my business has gone to almost nothing know they are saying it takes time. The offer was 169 for 3 months verses over a thousand a month for Google.
Since then my business has dropped off considerably and asked them to cancel this account numerous times, in which they fought to keep the account open and know my business has gone to nothing.
I have asked Google to change and start a new campaign with a new account number and no response. I am always told that any person in management can not call me, it must be done by e-mail and no response.

I agree. I would cancel my ad and start over and definately disupte the charges to your credit card.
