I would like to find the best way to find a manufacturer for a hair extension design I patented. The weave design allows the hair extension to be applied in an chemical free manner. The design is a modified version of traditional hair extension. Any tips would be extremely helpful

A few more thoughts, but be forewarned, this not my primary area of expertise.
As you proceed, you will probably need a good lawyer and accountant.
As a proof of concept, consider "locally" manufacturing a small batch of your product, and selling it in a few select stores. A test of this sort might increase the confidence of potential investors, suppliers, distributors/retailers, etc. The goal might be to demonstrate that there is demand for your product, that customers will pay for it, and that the product works.
Perhaps you do not really need to manufacture your product. Consider licensing and/or selling your patent and product. Which firms or products might your product displace? Who might want to own the rights to your product?
Hi Tom, thanks for the reply. My invention is provisionally patented. I did contact a few professionals from SCORE but they werent able to give me any further direction on an overseas manufacturer
