I have no sales experience, and this idea requires networking and sales skills. My strengths are in the graphic designing sphere. I would like to find someone who can bring their sales strengths to this idea. I don't, simply, wish to hire someone. I would like to find someone to complement the development and growth of this potentially lucrative business.

When starting a business, as the founder or creator, you will be expected to be a key part of the sales process. Should you ever seek venture capital to grow your business and take it to the next level, this will be expected by would be investors. You may want to spend a short amount of time working for a Digital Agency or Creative Services firm and learn from them because they are further down the business lifecycle. These same firms with their more mature sales models may be a good place to bring your talent and idea. You can lobby to their leadership on the prospect of starting your Practice or Group within their firm for an equity stack. The trade off is that you will not have sole ownership but you will reduce your risks a great deal.
There are upsides and downsides to partners. Wherever you land, do your due diligence. The "ounce of prevention vs a pound of cure" line is never more present than when taking on a partner.
Having someone with complementary skills is a great way of looking at it. Don't bring someone to the party that is just like you. Get input from your core network when you do find a prospect.
