Can you give a little more detail as to the type of advice you are looking for please?
I don't know much about your specific venture, but pre-launching is basically dipping your toe in the water to test it. In other words, maybe there is benefit to you performing the business part time? From home?
If you are currently employed, a part time basis can allow you to still earn an income while testing your services on a smaller scale. Or is there a way to partner with a complimentary business that may get you some early stage business so you can test your services and see where you might need to make changes before going all in.
Just a thought. Feel free to email me thru my site if you have other specific problems I can help with.

How to pre-launch a business to test it before going all in?
That is kind of a broad question. There are millions of potential pitfalls. I'll try and give you a few of the biggest ones.
Lack of capital - It usually takes more money than you think to get a business up and running. How long can you afford to go without a paycheck? A well thought out business plan will help you organize that.
Poor Marketing - Do your research before you start. Who are your competitors? Why will people buy from you? How are you different/better than others in this space?
Sales - How will your sales funnel work? Do you have customers now? Where will your first 100 customers come from? Can you pre-launch your business to test it before going all in?
