No Certs, managed large scale software & equipment installations typically in the range of $1m to $4m taking up to 2 years of modifications and customizations. As VP over Professional Services I would have up to 15 projects in various cycles at one time.
Consulted with Fortune 100 on SAP PMO
I did author with JD Power & Associates / SSPA the standards for service/support metric and criteria for Service Excellence. This addressed formalizing the approach to delivering services via a broad construct.
I developed most of my approach based on PMI, and was a member.
