Your statement touts a product that the world needs. What makes you confident about that? When you answer this question, take time to investigate if there is competition and if there is, what makes you different from them? What is your unique selling position? What would make someone work with you and not someone else? As you answer these questions, others will come up. I suggest doing a Ben Franklin comparing the pros and cons (weaknesses) of your product? This discovery will lead you to the selling points you will want to emphasize.
A question to you, presently, what kind of marketing have you done so far? Do you have an internet presence? Have you created a Linkedin account? If you have or will, you can do some online mining to discover those in similar business activities and possibly create partnerships and referrals. Since you already have a track record operating a business, is it possible to get a reference/referral/testimonial from the Joint command?
