Good Evening!

I live in Ukraine. I am a veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Received a disability on the war in Afghanistan.
Are there any ideas as to where I can get serious, but inexpensive help in learning English in the territory of the United States or another country. Do you know of any government programs?
