Hello Stephen, that is a great question. I actually had to research the answer to this. I found the ADA legal answer about taking service animals to an interview https://askjan.org/articles/Taking-a-Service-Animal-to-a-Job-Interview-Public-Access-or-Reasonable-Accommodation.cfm.
But, I found an amazing blog about successfully getting a job with a service animal http://adogforkatherine.blogspot.com/2013/08/successfully-getting-job-with-service.html. Hopefully, this starts off a great conversation. Also, I think reaching out to an HR mentor in our community section with this question, might be beneficial for you.
