I'm not a music producer myself, but I have friends that play music and some of them use platforms like SoundCloud and Bandcamp to distribute content. Another safe and simple option is YouTube.
To get your music on Spotify or Apple Music will probably be a little harder of a process, but it is another thing to consider looking into.
Don't forget about Social Media either. Plenty of musicians have Facebook and Instagram pages where they post content. This can be a great place to build a fan base.
