I am a veteran of the USMC. I served two tours of duty and I have 5 years previous civilian law enforcement experience. I got out of policing in 2012- it wasn't ideal for a family man. I am at a company now that I love and would like to relocate with the company. With my MOS, it states I am eligible for engineering positions but my resume doesn't reflect my qualifications very well. I would be very grateful if someone can take my resume and give me pointers on how to word (or reword) it, in an effort to sound more appealing when I'm in competition with others who have degrees. Thank you and God Bless.

Hi Jason-
I am retired after a 40 year career in industry where I hired over 100 people. Now I am helping veterans like yourself by helping with their resumes. If you would e-mail me your resume (drjamesfwatson@gmail.com) I would be happy to comment on it.

Hi Jason. If you'd like one more review of your resume I'd be happy to help. It sounds like you have a lot to offer, as you point out, it's all in the presentation. I'm at wjmoltner@gmail.com if I can be of assistance.
Thanks.
