I have been studying skills translators and they all are geared toward basic entry level MOSs. For the past 15 years, I have been working at senior level positions that are not atypical career progression. Positions like operations, training, and readiness are not defined in any of the skills translators. Can anybody help?

As a thought, input equivalent field grade MOS' (note the plural). Rationale is at your grade you worked with and advised those field grade MOS' on how to run the operations. I do not have specific MOS' in mind since I was in the Air Force but the same would apply in the USAF. In addition, use NCO structure guides to emphasize at what level you were performing--not battalion or brigade but XXXX employees with $XXX in equipment. I found the translators were great if I was a Captain when I got out but had to think about applying to the specific career or job I was applying for. The foot stomper...trasnslte into civilian speak. Let me know if this helped...
