I am an Active Army Sergeant Major preparing to retire within the year. I am 47 years old and have served in the Army for nearly 30 years. I am cureently the Operations Sergeant Major for an Infantry battalion. I have served on DA level staffs in operations and mobilization as well as on the Secretary of Defense staff where I worked with non-profit organizations and government agencies to assist low income communities with engineering, medical, and dental assistance. How do i make myself maketable to the corporate world?

Make a list of your skills and experiences and put it in a resume format you are marketable so you don't have to make yourself marketable you just have to put it on paper. : )

The National Cemetery has a couple of jobs open for Cemetery Directors positions. If your skills fit then it may be a good fit for you. Usajobs.gov under Department Of Veterans Affairs subcatagory National Cemetery Administration. They start at a GS-11 and go to a GS-15 I believe so the pay is pretty good.
