About Dean
- Born on 22 AUG 1964 in Oakland, CA
- Graduated from Pinole Valey High School in 1982
- Enlisted in the Army in 1982
- Served in every leadership position and am currently serving as the operations Sergeant Major for an infantry battalion
- Married with 5 children, 24 yo son who is a West Point grad currently serving in Afghanisatn, 20 yo son in 2nd year at the Naval Academy, 17 yo daughter junior in HS, 14 yo son freshman in HS, and a 12 yo daughter in 7th grade
- served in many management/action officer positions at DA level commands and the Office of the Secretary of Defense
- will complete my bachelors degree in Organizational management in FEB 2012
- intent is to retire from active duty no later than DEC 2012
