I am a veteran wanting to work overseas as a Physician Assistant. I have 10 years experience as a civilian PA and I currently work in a Level 1 Trauma Center. I applied with one company and went through months of paperwork but I was rejected because I take a medication called Humira. Does this disqualify me from the Afghanistan/Iraq job that was posted or any overseas job as a PA in a medical unit?

I am a retired Clinical Chemist and Lab Manager. One should never expect an honest answer to why they were not hired. Any answer opens up the possibility of a lawsuit.
I urge you to apply for other jobs that look interesting. You should have several irons in the fire.
HI Raymond, I am not sure about the question that you have with Humira, I do work with a company called Caliburn Global they are seeking PA's with international locations you might want to apply, here is the link
