I have the overwhelming desire to gain employment with a healthcare company and serve others the best way I know possible; helping people attain better health through my abilities to positively effect projects as a whole. I have scoured the Internet for the best resources and without knowing first-hand which sources follow this or that specific healthcare company, I have my fears of getting biased information. I would like to read white papers, studies, clinical projects, etc. but that requires working for a company (actively applying). I am really interested in the healthcare industry altogether and have personal reasons for having the desire to join the fight against poor health and specifically, cancer (mother and a few other family members passed away from cancer of many types).
Thank you in advance.

Bill,
I sent you an invitation to connect on LinkedIn and took your advice to search LI for those two recommended keyword-specific searches and WOW! I thought I had done that but I guess I skipped that step. All I can say is thank you for your advice.

Good day Richard,
Check out LinkedIn as a good way to start. I ran a search on Healthcare Project Management and Healthcare IT and found several discussion groups you could join (for free, as Basic LinkedIn is free and awesome) and firms you could follow on LinkedIn and/or research and contact for more info.
Feel free to let me know if I can be of any additional support.
And a very sincere thank you for your support, from a son of a WWII vet.
