I am trying to tailor my resume to be more Project Management based, because that is the career I am looking to go into. It's tough trying to translate my experience in PM terms.

Mr. Bowen,
Highlight some specific times where you have been successful in projects in your military career. Any series of tasks or jobs you were responsible for are a project if you think about it. More specifically, what did you excel at? Think project management principles here - scope, budget, schedule. For example, if you have a knack for keeping tight control of aggressive deadlines you may want to point this out specifically as your ability to meet or exceed project schedules. If you performed well at keeping on task while under chaotic circumstances you excelled at controlling project scopes. These are real-life project management challenges that you are probably already comfortable with. The key here is to demonstrate that you can lead successfully within the constraints you have been given to accomplish a mission (or task).
