I'm working with my mentor on proofing my resume for results-based bullet points. I would like to ensure I've translated my management, leadership, knowledge and information management, project management, training ability, planning and auditing skillsets I've gained over 13 years of service. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of terms and skills that are translated to "corporate speak?"

I would try this website. Also consider the job descriptions with the companies you are applying to. Try to remove as many "acronyms" as possible (civilian companies have tons of acronyms too" and stick to more generalized verbiage if that makes sense. I hope that helps. https://www.careerinfonet.org/moc/
Military.com has some resources here is one useful link.
They also have a civilian job search utility based on MOS.
Lockheed Martin has a military skills translator that uses your occupation code, military title or civilian title to provide a view of jobs that could be a fit for you. This may provide a focus on the types of opportunities you can investigate.
Timon,
As long as you include bullets of concrete accomplishments from your time serving, they should translate well. Stay away from using acronyms. Spell them out and make sure it is relevant to the position you are applying for. The terms you want to make sure are included in your resume are the one's that are dictated in the job description. Translating military qualifications and skillsets are ok but more importantly is interpreting your experience in the billets and roles that you held.

Nope! But happy to review your resume to make sure that it gets translated successfully! It can also be helpful to have a job description/posting that you are aiming for to align skills to.

www.careeronestop.org, then click on the "Veterans" box.
www.onetonline.org, go to "Crosswalks", select "Military" from drop-down menu.
I have a free process that can help you create a Top 1% resume. I also have a list of ten examples showing how you can translate military occupational skills to civilian equivalents.
