I just entered retired reserves with 20+ years. I've been working in federal service for about a year with the Forest service , and I've had my other full-time job as a Security officer-EMT for 10 years. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can make what I make between both jobs in one so that I don't work myself to death.

Hello William, with your EMT, have you looked into air-ambulance services? There are numerous air-ambulance companies continuously looking for EMT's. While I can't speak for all, I do know in general most are only 1 - 3 days per week with above par pay scales due to flight pay.
Hi William,
I’d be happy to have a conversation with you about this. I can help you explore career options to achieve your lifestyle goals. If you’d like to speak with me, please book time on my calendar at nquartey.youcanbook.me

Hi William,
Thanks for reaching out. First, I recommend going to our Community Page to look for advisors in your area who may be able to speak to this topic. They might know of available positions, or have a network that can introduce you to positions, to meet your needs.
Second, I think it would be useful to connect with some fellow veterans on our community page, either in your geographic area or within your industry of interest. Individuals in our veteran community have invaluable insights into the transition to the civilian workforce, and can likely share their experiences and best practices with you. This can be a really useful tool to find the career you want and learn how best to negotiate for the optimal salary.
Thirdly, our jobs page has available positions for you to explore. Again, you can search by career area to find listings that fit your criteria.
I know this has not been a cure-all answer, but I do hope this information is useful. I wish you all the best in your search!
Best,
Caitlin
