I am 2 years from my military retirement and I am currently researching all of my career options. By the time I get out, I will have 20+ years of experience in both analysis and leadership. I have an AA in Media and Communications, BA in Intel Analysis and an MBA in Project Management. I am currently looking at jobs in Operations Management and Business Analysis. With the experience we gain from the military along with my analysis background, what other career options do I have?

StrengthsQuest is a wonderful assessment tool to discover "you." Online, science-based, accurate IMHO. It's a $20 investment https://www.strengthsquest.com/234665/top-clifton-strengths-students.aspx and I found it so helpful. (P.S. I have no interest in Gallup, but I have recommended StrengthsQuest here many times before.)
I think Barron gave you some great insight. See attached article on LinkedIn profiles, it takes four articles from recruiters and tells you what they want to see and do not want to see, then add some military applications many have commented back it is helpful. Many military want to justify their entire 20 years, while the companies are searching for keywords on your career match and a couple of quantifiable results! Good luck, thanks for your sacrifices and God Bless. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/when-more-right-jerry-welsh/
Jason, thank you for your commitment! If you decide you might rather influence the future generation directly, you might consider teaching. I notice that Georgia is a member state of Troops to Teachers.

Something to think about!
Jason... foremost, thank you for your service, and "congrats' on the pending 20-year milestone! Reading your background, my immediate response would be: "Corporate America is waiting for you!" OPS, ANALYTICS, and PM are cornerstones of companies seeking to optimize their business value … so you're clearly in the 'zone.' The question would be: do you have certain industries in which you'd prefer to work...as your skillset is leverageable across many. If you're seeking to build on the media and communications education, then explore the 'big 5' advertising conglomerates via their websites, as each have large portfolios of agencies: Omnicom Group / Publicis Groupe / Interpublic Group / WPP Group / Dentsu. The last two pieces of counsel: if not already, set up a profile on LinkedIn, and research opportunities on: https://www.aaaa.org (advertising industry 'go to' resource for talent, skills, and social media). Best wishes for success; sure you'll have no problem landing something you'll like; biggest challenge will be choosing amongst the many choices!
