I'm currently wrapping up my first year of graduate school in Georgetown's MBA program and am looking for an internship in the DC area. Any advice or tips are welcome!
Little bit more info on me: I was in the Air Force for 3 years and I completed my bachelors degree at the University of Florida. I'm most interested in consulting, human capital and social impact work. However, I'm open to anything!

Hannah,
The links Florjan provided are excellent resources. The Career Centers at most universities are underutilized and since you have access to Georgetown's use it.
Also, targeting specific organizations or areas or interests is also important. You do not want to present yourself as "open to anything". You may not land up with your target but it will give you a focus since everything is in DC you need a foothold to move forward.
Good luck,
Hi Hannah,
Thank you for your service!
ACP Staff wrote a really great article on finding an internship that I think is worth reading:
https://acp-advisornet.org/articles/7/finding-internship
I also like this article from The Muse, https://www.themuse.com/advice/how-to-pick-your-perfect-grad-school-internship ,that specifically focuses on what you should consider as a Graduate student.
I hope this helps!
Best,
Florjan
