I searched extensively on LinkedIn and could not find a profile? 95% of corporate recruiting uses LinkedIn to search for talent in today's market, with their first search being on the career field and TAG line. This is the line right after your name. Your TAG could read Experienced Operations Manager, with PMP transitioning highly refined operations value into civilian sector. 1) try to stay away from 22 years, if they need someone with 10 years, you have 10+, not knowing your education, but if you have a Masters and 22 years, some hiring companies would list you as over qualified.
