I don't have a great deal of experience with sending documents online.

It's pretty simple and you can actually get a lot of them out at once.. You will have to create one first. Don't worry about how accurate it is just do it. Once it's done, you can work on editing and customizing it to either your background, or to every job as you apply for them. I would look into OneDrive, an app by Microsoft. I have their Microsoft office suite which includes Word and Excel, getting the app is the first step. They are my preference and the learning curve is quite simple. Most tablets have limited memory so I would suggest storing one in your tablet, and always back up your data. Also store one online somewhere. Be it your email or OneDrive gives you some online storage space. This allows you to access it from anywhere with Internet access. I would look into their monthly storage subscriptions. They are anywhere from 3-6 dollars per month. These come with online versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. During your job search stay away from PowerPoint. Unless you are applying for a graphic or visual arts jobs, you won't need it to look for work. Word is the business standard which is why I urge you to look into the Microsoft suite of products. Once you create the document, or your resume, you can save it and send it to employers as an attachment or you can post it on their websites.
Many healthcare corporations have built in HR links to upload your resume. Create a 1-1.5 page resume and save as a PDF file. Then simply attach where instructed. Always good to cover all bets and send a hard copy resume and cover letter. Think outside the box. Bone up on knowledge about the healthcare entity in which you are interested. Contact their corporate communications officer and request copies of their marketing materials. Consider volunteer work at the corporartion. Become conversant with theur goals and services. All the best! Ron (a former healthcare editor)
