I cant seem to find a job anywhere in Florida. Every position I apply for never works out. It's really stressful. I applied with the VA, TSA, CBP, local law enforcement security companies and even faster food places I have an A.A. and a B.S. in criminal justice I don't know why with my military experience, education and work history I thought I would be a great candidate.

A couple of thoughts.
First, your resume and cover letter need to be targeted to the specific opening.
One size does not fit all.
Second, perhaps the resume and cover letter need to be improved.
Third do you have a linkedIn profile?
Fourth and most importantly are you networking effectively? This is the most effective way to find a position.
Hang in there! You are a great candidate!
When I first starting applying for jobs, it took me seven years to find a permanent position. Get your resume out there as much as you can. Apply to anything and everything you think you'd be interested in trying. Have you thought of maybe using a headhunter? Sometimes their connections and contacts can get your foot in the door.
Persistence is key. Give yourself credit for what you've already done but keep at it, you'll find something. :)
Your prior experience is very impressive. I you find that you are generating interest in interviews but you are not landing the positions, you may want to go to the unemployment Career Services office and see if they will role play interviews with you. There might be some things that you are saying during the interviews that are turning employers off from hiring you.
Have some mock interviews with people who are in the field of assisting people to find jobs. You might be pleasantly surprised with some of the standard suggestions that they provide you with that people sometimes just forget.
A headhunter is a professional staffing recruiter. They often times are best suited to match candidates with positions. But finding a recruiter is another subject altogether.
Just be aware that most recruiters work for employers. They typically seek you out first, or you will come across one while looking at a job board for a specific position. There are recruiters for hire by job seekers, but many are not reputable, and are a questionable personal investment, at best.
I do have job specific resumes but only one all in one cover letter however. I have some police officer friends but they are not hiring as of right now. I do not have a LinkedIn profile I will look into that and I do not have a headhunter what is that exactly?
