I’m looking for informative books, teachers, Web-sites or seminars on Entrepreneurial spirit development. Knowledge is the key to unlocking the universe so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Mr. Lewis,
You might find value which you can apply to your own journey by recognizing the principles contained in the pages of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert Pirsig. I hope this aids you in your pursuit.
Here are 2 books by someone who has done it and knows what they're talking about. Both great and helpful reads.

I'd also go on LinkedIn within the industry you want to get into and follow all the leaders. LinkedIn is becoming my go to source for good reading.
Hope that helps!

I highly recommend this free online course titled "How to Build a Startup." https://www.udacity.com/course/ep245 . Suggested reading is included.
Also, check out the book "The Unstoppables: Tapping Your Entrepreneurial Power" by Bill Schley. It's a good one.
Linchpin by Seth Godin, The 50th Law by Robert Greene and 50 cent, the 7 Habits of HIghly Successful People by Stephen Covey, and any books written by Tony Robbins.
Jimetrius,
Sales people do not sell product or services. What they do, do is sell themselves (first) then their knowledge and advantages of what ever it is they are presenting. This is accomplished by an honest sincere belief in what they are presenting.
There are numerous books out there that can teach you but in the end it is still someone else's way that they were comfortable with. Memorizing scripts and specific questions to obtain a specific result. These things may not be you. I found I could not relax when talking afraid I would forget something or make a mistake.
When I was in real estate sales my broker told me to listen to my customer, do good property research and to relax and be myself. Don't be afraid of making mistakes because when you are new at something "If you aren't making mistakes, you aren't doing anything". Make sure what ever you undertake you have a good mentor to obtain advice and rely on.
If you love it and believe in it you will sell it, but only after you have sold yourself.
I sold real estate met a lot of people they were happy with me and the sale. These same people were the basis of my Income Tax business, my mortgage business and now my Insurance and Finance business. Some of these people have been doing business with me for the last 20 years. Honesty and a sincere desire to help others will take you far. Never try to convince someone. Present the facts share your knowledge be quiet. Once you have made your presentation stop talking. (Because the next person who says something has lost) one sales tactic worth remembering.
My financial and money management teachings are based on the scriptures. From providing for your family to borrowing and lending, debt, money & more. I wish you much success. You may want to look there for some answers.
Hi Jimetrius!
I'm a big fan of Coursera.org. The most relevant courses to you might be under their business management section. Free courses offered by top-tier universities.
Best of luck to you!
