About Constance L

My education consist of my GED from The District of Columbia, and two years of college. I am semi retired self employed with a back ground in the main arenas that concern everyone's everyday personal finance but more so for military personal and their families. For 20 years I was a military dependent spouse (Air Force & USMC) which allowed me to know and understand the true meaning of "constant change". My granddaughter is currently Active Duty Army.

My experience consist of 30+ years in Income Tax Preparation, IRS registered. 8 years in Real Estate Sales, 11 years in Mortgage Loan Origination & Modifications, 2 years in Insurance with emphasis on Living Benefits & tax free Retirement. 19 years Money Management, how to pay less taxes, get out of debt quickly without changing your spending habits.

MY passion is to educate our youth on Financial Literacy which is severely lacking in our schools today but much needed also entrepreneurship for kids and adults.
