I would like to know where the best place is to post my resume to get real job leads. Where should I look?

Hi James,

over 70% of the hiring today is done through networking. With 20 years of work experience I am sure you have a number of contacts you can meet with to discuss your career objectives and obtain additional contacts in your targeted industry. I am sure one of those networking meetings will end up in a job offer.
I am a career consultant and would be happy to review your resume.

Regards,

Bill

Look into True Bridge Resources. They are a recruiter that are actively looking for talent to fill roles.

James,
I agree with Patrick that LinkedIn is a great place to start. I would also recommend attending networking events (most are free) and job fairs. This also helps get the word out that you are looking for position that matches your skill set.
I hope this helps.
