I would try to connect to to local reserve medical units. Reservists who are also civilian nurses, doctors, administrators, etc. will know of jobs in your area and can make connections for you as well as give you educational advice. Plus they'll be motivated to help a fellow soldier succeed. Buying someone a cup of coffee for 15 minutes of their time is priceless. Good luck!

Start by networking at work and reaching out to connections working in the VA or Army Hospital. Use your LinkedIN contacts to search for job openings and search listings on the VA and Army Hospital website.
