I'm thinking about joining this firm as a commercial real estate agent and I want to know if any other veterans know anything about this firm or have worked there. They seem like a great place and look for many of the skills used in the military. Any info would help either about the firm or info on commercial real estate brokerage.

The significant thing that I picked up is that this is a commission-based job. You have to bust your butt to earn good money, and they fire the lowest-producing people.
