About LeRoy
I've been working with computer systems since shortly after separating from the Air Force in 1980. A high school graduate, I began my IT career at a small start-up, grew with them for 5 years, and have worked for a small insurance company, a large insurance company, a software developer, a regional bank and recently started with IBM. My experience includes software development in a variety of languages and platforms, desktop support management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. I wouldn't recommend my approach to education, being largely self-taught without any college experience, but I've been successful despite my aversion to classroom teaching. I love photography, travel, and nature.
